Warehouse Will Call Leader
Job description

The ideal candidate has warehouse leadership experience and must be exceptionally detail oriented and have the ability to track multiple facets of the assigned warehouse functions daily.
Expectations & Responsibilities
- The Will Call Leader receives and processes incoming and outgoing orders for materials and merchandise to satisfy customer requests.
- Perform daily activities of the warehouse operation including, but not limited to, quality assurance, inventory control, receiving, shipping, logistics, and customer service.
- Sustain customer loyalty by meeting ship cycle time expectations and presenting clean and organized workspaces that will delight our customers.
- Receive and respond to customer orders as required.
- Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to confirm inventory availability for requested merchandise.
- Verify customer and order information is correct and complete.
- Work with sales partners on order exceptions containing insufficient or missing information.
- File copies of orders received.
- Establish and maintain timely and effective communications with all reporting structures keeping all informed of facility problem areas as well as other relevant operational issues.
- Establish a team-oriented environment with open and consistent administration of BHC policies and practices
- Create an environment of continuous improvement.
- Actively maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Experience operating various types of material handling equipment including powered industrial trucks, hand trucks, and pallet jacks when needed.
- Review, analyze, and develop plans for loss prevention.

- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years’ warehouse leadership experience.
- Proficient knowledge of automated inventory systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
- Ability to work with all levels of company staff.
- Involves physical exertion and requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
