Key Responsibilities:

- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, to facilitate ongoing improvement of service processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with other departments such as sales, marketing, and logistics to address customer needs and provide timely updates on order status or product availability.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with various administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Qualifications:
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.

- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and experience with CRM software is a plus.
