Route Managers at Turf Masters Lawn Care are responsible for providing superior customer service, treating lawns perfectly every time and always acting in a responsible manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrive to work on time daily, and do so with the intention to learn and provide superior customer service
- Be organized and prepared
- Learn, comprehend and follow all company policies, protocols and procedures
- Follow instructions to fill/mix products
- Apply products according to product labels and company protocols
- Completely document, with accuracy, time in/out on services, performed services, conditions observed and products used
- Complete all assigned services and communicate questions and/or issues to Field Managers and/or Branch Managers when necessary
- Work to solve customer problems both independently and/or by seeking assistance from management
- Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean and maintained according to company standards
- BE SAFE when driving, operating equipment, and working in company facilities to ensure you return home and back to work safely each and every day
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR in accordance to state and local laws and company policies
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
