```Duties:```
- Conduct legal research using Westlaw to support clients in family law cases
- Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits
- Prepare and organize case files, including gathering and organizing relevant documents and evidence
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to schedule hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
- Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions
- Ensure preparation of trial exhibits and trial notebooks
- Track time spent on cases for historical and billing purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards
```Requirements:```
- Attorney in good standing and licensed with the State Bar of Texas
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks, including document management and case organization
- Strong research and writing skills using Westlaw and other legal research tools
-Self-motivated and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and write clear and concise legal documents
- Familiarity with legal drafting and litigation procedures in family law cases
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
