Front Desk Medical Agent
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests/staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests/ staff, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and respond to staff inquiries
- Assist with Project planning and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure staff satisfaction
- Enter and update staff information in the calendar system
- Serve as a personal assistant to staff, fulfilling their requests and needs
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a dental office or as a dental receptionist is a plus
- Knowledge of customer support principles and practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information
