Administratively run a County nursing home Human Resources Department under direction of Cedarbrook Administrator/Director

Administratively execute County benefit and policy tasks under direction of Lehigh County Human Resources.

Work with County Fiscal/IT departments to ensure Time and Attendance processes are completed by the Cedarbrook HR department.

Manage Human Resources transactions.

Participate in investigations with nursing home office heads.

In coordination with the Administrator/Director and County Government Human Resources, maintains communications with labor unions and participates in contract negotiations.

Handles matters with Unemployment, EEOC, Safety Committee functions, Workers Compensation, and other state and federal programs.

Provide consultation and support to nursing home leadership as requested.

Other duties as assigned.
Required training/qualifications:

Highly preferred to have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.

Experience in healthcare HR is preferred, and 3+ years in nursing home HR is highly preferred.

Must have 3 years of experience in Human Resources at an elevated level.

A combination of a education or experience may be considered.
