We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will be crucial to our organization's talent management and employee development initiatives. You will be responsible for recruiting top talent, managing the applicant tracking system (ATS), and overseeing training and development programs. If you have a strong background in recruiting and are passionate about helping employees reach their full potential, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to manage the entire recruitment process
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
- Oversee the training and development programs for employees at all levels
- Design and deliver training sessions on various topics such as communication skills, leadership development, and performance management
- Utilize talent management systems such as PeopleSoft to track employee performance, goals, and evaluations
- Assist with the development of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
-Visit job sites where other talent may frequently appear and distribute recruitment cards / discuss Crabapple Career Opportunities with passive Candidates.
-Work closely with local Operations Teams to identify locations within the area for recruitment.
-Ability to travel out of state , required
Experience:
- Proven experience in recruiting and talent management
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms such as Taleo or similar systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in training development and delivery
- Familiarity with performance evaluation processes
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Previous experience working with contracts is a plus
- Bilingual English/ Spanish is required
Compensation , starting rate $15-17 hr, based on experience
