Specialized Fiduciary Administrator I -
Provides administrative support to Specialized Fiduciary Officers, Team Leaders, Group Manager and National Executive. Provides operational support that is reliable, efficient and responsive to the needs of the Officers and trust beneficiaries (clients). May serve as an additional point of contact for clients to assist with client requests. May work with external business partners (Attorneys, CPAs, Fiduciary Accountants, third party vendors, etc.) and with internal support partners (FAs, Sales, Tax, Compliance, SAM, ART, Operations, Technology Groups and Trust Administration, etc.) as needed. Responsible for routine administrative duties, such as performing account maintenance, processing transactions, file retrieval, optical imaging, filing, copying, ordering supplies, making and answering telephone calls, writing routine letters/e-mails and other tasks as required to administer accounts and serve client needs. May be asked to participate in projects, prepare reports and conduct research. The SFA I is supervised and supported by a Specialized Fiduciary Officer. Non-licensed associate.
