Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate meetings and conference room bookings
- Provide general support to colleagues as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
