**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
**Duties:**
•You will be responsible for helping customers
by providing product and service information
and resolving technical issues
•This is a customer facing role focused on
customer acquisition, retention and account
management
•Handle customer inquiries and complaints
•Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and
concerns
•Document and update customer records
based on interactions
•Develop and maintain a knowledge base of
the evolving products and services

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
