FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN COORDINATOR:
We are seeking a well-polished professional Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team! We are seeking a Spanish speaking team player that is dependable with a positive upbeat outgoing personality and great communication skills. Applicant must be a self-starter but also have the skill set to work with others in a team setting, and be able to learn very quickly. Candidate must have very strong organizational and customer service skills to assist the controller and HR Director as well as perform administrative duties.
The person who applies for this position requires the following:
QuickBooks Experience (A MUST) *If don't have 2 yrs. experience you will NOT be considered for this position*
- Excel (A MUST)
- Extremely Detailed Orientated
- Data Entry
- Top notch customer service etiquette
- Good with Math
- Answer and route inbound phone calls
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Open/close reception area, kitchen, bathrooms and maintain the office extremely neat and clean
- Schedule appointments for salesmen and/or management staff
- Perform standard office administrative tasks
- Handle customer inquiries
- Scanning and Filing
- Run errands for management when needed
- Pick up lunch when needed
- Prepares and disseminates information concerning services. Prepares, edits, and distributes correspondence, reports, forms, and documents.
- Order office supplies as needed

Knowledge Skills Abilities:
Knowledge of office practices and administrative procedures.
Skills in the use of standard office equipment and software.
Ability to implement administrative procedures; to interpret rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; and to communicate effectively.

- Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
