Pay: $21.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
Location: Remote in Oregon
Position Purpose: The main function of a call center/customer service specialist is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve customers’ service or complaints by performing activities such as answering questions, issuing new benefit cards, answering questions about their benefits
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of their school lunch benefits
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow schedule adherence
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve minor computer and system issues
Requirements:
3+ years of Call Center Experience
Bilingual in Spanish
