Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Assist in recruiting and training new employees
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
- Maintain the office budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Plan company events and team-building activities
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping
Skills:
- Proficient in file management and organization
- Experience in payroll management
- Strong calendar management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in supervising staff
- Effective schedule management skills
- Ability to plan and execute events
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
- Previous experience in general office management
