An ideal candidate would be a self-starter in trying to grow their clientele base, comfortable working with customers in their home or showroom, a problem solver, and most importantly, a team player. Our sales representatives work with:

As a full-time sales representative, you will report to the owner. Your regular duties will include:
- Going on retail sales call from leads brought in through a variety of marketing channels
- Properly measuring and quoting flooring, kitchen, bath and remodeling projects
- Following a sales process to close residential, commercial, and builder clients
- Following company's process and CRM system for tracking the sales process from beginning to end
- Networking and building relationships with clients to extend future business and maintain a professional company image.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers and prospects as they enter the store
- Identify prospective customers and respond to requests for proposals in a timely manner
- Establish a rapport with prospects, customers, and others to understand service and sales requirements
- Prepare bids and complete internal processing
- Ensure availability of merchandise and services and coordinate installation schedules for the customer’s convenience
- Conduct job site visits as necessary to ensure proper installation and customer satisfaction
- Maintain contact with customers in a timely and professional manner on quotes, material acquisition, and installation schedules
- Verify customer satisfaction at the completion of the job and collect any outstanding payments
- Lunchtime or happy-hour presentations to designers, realtors, builders..etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Customer Service!
- Floor covering product and installation knowledge (wood, tile, vinyl, etc.) or design experience
- Cabinets and kitchen design experience
- Remodeling estimation and take-off experience
- Interpersonal skills including excellent listening, verbal and oral communication to allow for professional interaction with customers and vendors and maintain working relationships with co-workers
- Professionalism to include dependability, accountability, punctuality, professional dress, speech and behavior, and organizational skills
- Previous retail flooring or kitchen/bath experience
- Experience using a digital CRM system for tracking inventory/sales
- Communication skills
- Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Probation Period of 60 days
You can make anywhere between $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year on commission depending on sales. No cap on commission!
Some Saturday hours will be required.
