Day to Day
A Senior Analytical Lead on Client Strategy, Insights & Experience is aligned to Indeed’s highest potential revenue Enterprise accounts. You will support your Sales and Client Success partners by identifying opportunities for performance improvement, presenting data-driven arguments for your recommendations to clients, fostering deep partnerships with both internal & external business partners, and helping the team hit their revenue goals. You will be an effective leader, both on your accounts and for the broader team, demonstrating outstanding communication & persuasion skills in internal and external meetings, speaking directly to clients and senior executives, and leading conversations on account and organizational strategy, all fueled by insights you uncover through consultative, cross-functional conversations and impactful, advanced data analyses.
You’ll create innovative data analytics to ensure Indeed and Client Strategy, Insights & Experience stay ahead of emerging trends and experiment with new methodological approaches. You will proactively build new narratives to highlight new trends, solve complex problems for clients, and demonstrate a client’s unique return on investment with Indeed. You will be excellent at translating data and insights into actionable recommendations for senior management and successfully landing those actions with business partners. A Senior Analytical Lead will be an excellent project leader, helping drive internal projects across various functional teams, gaining consensus through rationale, delegating tasks, roles, and responsibilities, aligning project goals & deliverables to broader team goals, and ensuring projects are completed in a timely fashion. Through all of this, you will be able to turn your work into measurable business impact metrics, proving how you and your colleagues' work drove revenue and/or saved time. You will have an opportunity to mentor and coach colleagues throughout the Client Strategy, Insights & Experience team, being a leader in developing talent and demonstrating how to be an influential, analytical leader at Indeed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver custom reports and tailored analytics for top clients, merging Indeed data with theirs using Python, SQL, and Excel, in an effort to help solve clients hiring needs and position Indeed as a long-term partner.
- Deliver presentations and influence both internal and external business partners to take your actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings to strategize with partners, uncover revenue opportunities, and align on data-driven arguments.
- Partner with teams across Indeed on data infrastructure, scalable narratives, methodology innovation & testing, and reporting automation.
- Update internal business partners on the measurable impact of their client consultation, Sales/Client Success collaboration, and support team contributions to client partnerships.
- Guide and support colleagues in Client Strategy, Insights, & Experience, fostering skill development and career growth through project collaboration and mentoring.
- Drive projects across teams and functional groups, providing guidance through complex problems, delegating tasks, roles & responsibilities, staying on time and holding others accountable, and driving meaningful impact for Client Strategy, Insights & Experience
Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field;
- 6+ years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in fields such as technology, media, consulting, sales, marketing, or similar;
- 6+ years of work experience with SQL;
- 6+ years of work experience with data modeling and return on investment analysis;
- 6+ years of work experience supporting sales using data-driven techniques and working with other internal and cross-functional teams;
- 3+ years of experience working with clients; and demonstrated work experience creating and growing client partnerships.
- Willing to travel (10-20% of the time)
Salary Range Transparency
US Remote 110,000 - 153,000 USD per year
NYC Metro- 122,000-180,000 USD per year

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
