Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of inventory replenishment for assigned categories and ensure compliance with company standards and protocols.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of 8 Replenishment Buyers, setting clear goals and expectations to achieve department objectives.
- Analyze inventory reports and forecasting data to anticipate product needs and adjust orders as necessary.
- Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and store management teams to resolve supply issues and optimize inventory levels.
- Implement improvements in replenishment strategies based on trends, seasonality, and sales performance.
- Train and develop team members in inventory management best practices and use of relevant systems.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in inventory or replenishment management, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
