Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Other light office duties
- Meet company expectations for productivity
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Must possess Google Suite, Excel & Microsoft experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
- Must be able to read, do simple math, and write legibly
- Ability to maintain regular, puntual consistent attendance
