RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary purpose of this position is to account for the food, beverage, and packaging that come into the building and ensure appropriate & compliant in unpackaging, rotating, labeling, FIFO, and organization of products are utilized.
SHIFT DUTIES:
- Upon notification of delivery, assist with receiving products if Wynn is mandated, based on vendor specifications.
- Upon delivery, visually inspect all products to ensure only quality products are received; these include visual inspection and TDZ range (Temperature Danger Zone)
- Confirm the items that you are receiving matches the invoice by recording a check-mark next to the reviewed area (item, quantity, date, description)
- If you receive a poor quality, damaged or wrong product, do not accept the delivery. Return the product to the driver and inform management that the product could not be accepted. Fill out an adjustment invoice or notate variance on receiving invoice, based on vendor.
- Utilizing FIFO (first in, first out), unpack and disperse the items to their designated areas.
- Keep all coolers, dry good areas, and loading docks clean and free from debris.
- Removal and disposal of all empty boxes
- Notify team what and when products need to be used first. Follow up to ensure the product is being used.
· Assist management hands-on with inventory as necessary.
· Partner with café management team to ensure that food cost is at 35%, Beverage cost at 25%, papers supply at 1.5%.
· Always maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep and dry stores room.
· Must always fallow health codes and protocols.
· Report any food quality issues to Commissary.
· Other duties as assigned by manager i.e. help the kitchen team with preparation of food items,

GENERAL AND SAFETY:
- Always use a safety belt and safety shoes.
- Must perform physical activities in various environmental conditions requiring moderate strength, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials. Must be able to stand for long periods.
- The position requires lifting of 25 lbs. Items will give anything over 25lb assistance to you.
- Watch for wet floors and spillage, put signs, and dry immediately.
- CLEAN AS YOU GO! Watch for food, debris, and objects on the floor.
- The position requires the employee to be friendly and courteous.

- Successfully pass Wynn Casino badge process.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- The ability to lift 25/pounds regularly & un-assisted
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- The ability to safely climb ladders
- The ability to work in cold temperatures
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day
- The ability to perform repetitive standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, balancing, reaching, pushing.
