Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Duties:
- Perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks and other computerized systems.
- Provide clerical support such as typing, filing, and proofreading documents.
- Assist with administrative duties including managing schedules and appointments.
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks.
- Support office management by coordinating office activities and operations.
- Welcome visitors and assist with inquiries in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for data entry tasks.
- Strong computer skills with experience in Google Suite.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk is a plus.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
