Responsibilities will include:
Answering phones (inbound call center environment)
Providing friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt support for customers (internal and external)
Scheduling service calls, logging customer concerns/changes, and following up to ensure resolution
Data entry
Drafting correspondence
Generating reports as required
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
