Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and explain intake forms
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Proofread documents for errors before distribution - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills is a must
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in data entry
- Knowledge of office management procedures
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with clerical duties
- Handling Staff Schedules
