Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Talent Coordinator. As the Talent Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Works with hiring managers to develop and post job announcements on the
internet, newspapers, trade publications, etc. Recommends creative advertising
alternatives and strategies.
- Reviews employment applications and evaluates qualifications of candidates.
- Works with hiring managers in scheduling potential candidates, both in person and by telephone or video.
- Assists with the communications between candidates, hiring managers and others
to keep all parties apprised of the status of each applicant.
- Organizes on and off site job fairs.
- Interprets Human Resources policies and procedures relevant to recruiting.
- Consults with facility administration of matters related to the interview and hiring process.
Standard Requirements

OSHA and safety, including safe work practices, established fire/safety/disaster
plans, risk management and security. Reports and/or corrects unsafe working
conditions, equipment and maintenance needs.

f. completes requirements for in-service training, acceptable attendance, dress
codes including personal hygiene, and other work duties, as assigned; and
g. demonstrates a positive, helpful, and enthusiastic attitude.
5. Maintains Riverside Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers’ standards by participating in educational opportunities provided by the Company and by outside resources.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, training development, and succession planning
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
- Familiarity with ATS software systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
