FRONTLINE MEDICAL is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This full-time position will be working out of our Dallas, TX office. The individual selected will need to be able to work a flexible schedule and may need to travel to our other facilities such as our Houston, TX location.
Position Summary:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the promoting and establishing Frontline Medical’s Business Lines with implementation of the marketing plan as developed by senior management. This position will promote Frontline Medical to consumers, clients, and patients. The Marketing Manager will assist in the organization and participation of events, educational sessions, media buying, promotional items and collateral print production. Additionally, this position alongside the Medical Director and other members of the organization will create strategy for local marketing for each business line.
This role involves meeting with outside parties and vendors in a polished and professional demeanor with the confidence to manage rejection and cold calls. It also calls for a professional to work cross-functionally among teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementation of four major events each year: Top Golf and Casino Nights.
- Coordination and creation of TALK TO THE DOC session, incorporating CREs for attendees.
- Coordination of sponsorships or partnering local events within the industry.
- Planning and Coordination with all facilities for Holiday Parties each year.
- Responsible for maintaining brand identity for all business lines from signature lines to print materials, posters, flyers, brochures.
- Will assist with creation of content for website and collateral materials.
- Generate quarterly media buys incorporating cable and streaming options.
- The Marketing Manager will coordinate opportunities for the Medical Director to meet with referring resources in the community.
- The marketing manager will serve as the Point of Contact and communicate with the team to provide everything the State of Texas auditor needs, when the facility is audited.
- Will oversee and be Accountable for Marketing Budget Planning.
- Create month-end volume reports for Senior Management.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School degree is required.
- Some college education/ degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of work experience and 3 years working in the field is required.
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to coordinate the actions of multiple parties.
- Ability to multi-task and move from one task to another at a fast pace.
- Computer skills: Event Management Software, Intermediate Office 365 skills, CRM, and reporting.
- Basic accounting skills to track spending and stay within designated budget.
- Excellent networking skills to build solid relationships with vendors and business partners is required.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook, and other online advertising mediums a plus.
- Knowledge of streaming media to maximize our visual advertising campaigns.
- Understanding of Local Marketing to increase ER Health and Auto Insurance patients.
- Previous reporting experience to create reports such as month-end volume reports for Senior Management.
- Creative aptitude to write medical content for collateral pieces and webpages.
Compensation:
This is a salaried position, and the pay range is $87,360-$99,760 annually depending on skills and experience. The Marketing Manager may also receive a year-end bonus based on the company's profitability.
