Online college seeks admissions department support representative for the Applied Behavior Analysis program.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily follow-up outreach to individuals who have expressed interest in the Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis program.
Assist applicants through the admissions process for the Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis program
Coordinate inbound calls to the ABA Admissions Team to provide information and guidance.
Collaborate with team members to streamline applicant support procedures and improve overall efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of interactions and update the CRM accordingly
Requirements
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organization and follow-through skills
Must have high sense of urgency and accountability
Experience in customer service or sales preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using basic computer applications and software
An educational background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field is preferred
As a remote position, candidates must have a quiet in-home office space, a computer and webcam, and reliable phone & Wi-Fi
Childcare is required, if applicable
Hours:
Part-time position with flexible working
hours
Expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Some evening and weekend availability
may be required
