Job description
Overview: This position is responsible for answering inbound calls and setting up appointments for plumbing and heating service as well as billing customers for work completed.
The right person for this position will be pro-active, detail-oriented, have a "can-do" attitude, enjoy helping others, be efficient, accurate in their work, work well in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, be able to prioritize, and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· 1+ years Customer Service Experience required, Plumbing or Heating Customer Service a plus
· Computer Skills: Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook
· Ability to learn and adapt to proprietary software
· Effective written and oral communication
· Energetic with a positive attitude a must
· Prioritizing to meet job needs
· Strong Customer Service skills
· Willingness and ability to learn other job functions to help in a team environment.
Specific Responsibilities
· Answer incoming calls from customers requesting service
· Concisely enter service order information into company computer system
· Complete service order billing and payment application, mailing invoices when necessary
· Create / Update Customer accounts as necessary
· Other duties deemed necessary by management to promote customer satisfaction and growth

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
