Job Summary
Established PIP Law firm seeking a detail-oriented highly professional, results driven Auditor to be responsible for the performance of examining records, reports, and documentation of billing records.
This is a Hybrid role and some travel is required. There is occasional office presence.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, and documentation.
- Completes audit workpapers by documenting audit tests and findings.
- Scan and place paperwork in assigned Dropbox.
- Communicates audit findings by preparing a final report.
- Assist senior marketer with daily activities (appointments, scanning, scheduling etc)
Qualifications and Skills
Documentation Skills, Attention to Detail, Reporting Research Results, Thoroughness, Presentation Skills, Software knowledge (Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, Dropbox) Objectivity. Able to work independently and problem solve.
Willing to train the right person and background check required for all new hires.
