Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical post sales and Sustaining project contact as the face of the company for our customer support teams
- Understand the end-to-end process for RFP, NPI, and Manufacturing to better triage customer cases
- Ability to create technical content that can be digested by all audiences
- Ownership of resolution of any customer reported technical issues
- Engage with customers at all levels of their organization
- Project manage resolution of technical issues with cross functional engineering teams
- Lead project post mortems and advocate for continuous improvement
- Be the forward thinking voice of the customer and anticipate their needs
- Lead the overall resolution and control messaging for escalated customer cases
- Document knowledge best practices for reuse throughout the company
- Support the sales teams in identifying account expansion opportunities
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong critical thinking skills and experience leading highly complex products through technical support, product development or project management
- Consistent track record of being a self-starter, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload effectively, and growing in a dynamic environment
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of server and rack hardware design
- Experience working with large Cloud providers and Hyperscalers
- 5+ years of Sales Engineering or Technical Project Management experience

Pay: $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
