Job Summary
Responsible for daily functions of TDSI support with processing and verifying invoices, accounts payable/receivable. Set up and manage Purchase Order processes for all expenses, manages supplemental collections for added services, and contingent worker onboarding and tracking.
Primary Activities and Responsibilities
- Vehicle damage inspections at facility
- Identify and generate reports according to TDSI/CSX damage reporting
- Utilize a handheld device
- Investigate damage across different work locations within the terminal
- Enter damage repairs into EOM system
- Be able to operate a jump box
- Inventory Reconciliation weekly
- Answer all damage and inventory emails (high volume emails)
Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5 or more years of experience in Administrative
Knowledge and Skills
- Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi task
