Provides administrative support at the airport office working closely with executives, employees, and customers. Assist the operational area when needed, the Human Resources department and the Accounting department.

Handling employees, management, and clients' requests and queries appropriately

Recruitment process (scheduling interviews and weekly recruitment report).

Hiring process (employee forms, uniform order, and onboarding).

Provide support to schedule meetings and training for the employees and management.

Keep control of office supplies and place a monthly order if needed with HR..

Keep up to date the attendance records in ATL.

Assist with any time clock issues and troubleshoot needed locally.

Maintain office filing system (employee files/documents, operational reports and forms and training records).

In charge of sending the daily manning’s to HR to be reviewed.

Prepare and keep control of the badges application for new hires and renewals. Including fingerprints appointments.

Prepares CBP quarterly report.

Keep up to date the uniform inventory sending a report monthly.

Review of time cards in Payroll System

Responsible to maintain a clean office & organize and make sure the management team complies with this requirement.

Enforce the grooming policy and attendance by keeping informed management of any issues related.
