**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). **Duties:** - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA - Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals - Collect data on targeted behaviors - Assist in developing individualized goals and objectives - Support individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) - Utilize behavioral strategies to address challenging behaviors - Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure consistency in care **Qualifications:** - Experience working with children or individuals with special needs - Familiarity with medical terminology - Knowledge of behavior management techniques - Understanding of special education principles - Ability to follow and implement care plans effectively - Proficiency in data collection methods - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation Preferred Skills: - Experience in behavioral health settings - Knowledge of inhalation techniques for medication administration Join our team and make a difference in the lives of individuals by providing quality behavioral support!
