What would you be doing?
As a National Sales Representative within DEFI you’ll be responsible for reaching out to companies that have products to move via semi-truck. Our service is aligning these shipments with one of our dozens of DEFI trucks.
Representives with existing books of customers are preferred. New sales representatives need to build a book of business from scratch. This means prospecting, qualifying and pursuing new business around the U.S. by cold calling and emailing shippers that consistently move products.
Once they have customers (which can take anywhere from one week to three months), they manage these relationships — acting as their customer’s liaison within DEFI to ensure their satisfaction. This is an inside sales position, so duties are primarily done over the phone, via one-to-one video and through email.
