Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Experience Specialist. This position plays a pivotal role enhancing client satisfaction through direct interaction and support. This position involves solving clients' challenges, answering questions, and basic user training on our software.
Duties:
-Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues related to our HospitalityTechnology platform by answering client tickets and phone calls
-Take ownership of client issues, responding to tickets timely
-Provide guidamce to clients on how software works and on software updates
-Accurately and precisely document all interactions with client's in Zoho Escalate issues following proper protocals
-Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or support role; hotel experience helpful
- Strong computer skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Proficiency in Zoho or other ticketing system
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
