**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and dynamic Front Desk Team Lead to oversee our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will not only perform the typical duties of a receptionist but will also provide leadership, guidance, and support to the front desk team. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our spa's operations and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Leadership and Team Management:**
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of receptionists to excel in their roles.
- Coordinate staff schedules, including breaks, vacations, and shift rotations.
- Train new front desk staff on our systems, protocols, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
2. **Front Desk Operations:**
- Greet clients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling.
- Oversee billing, process payments, and address any billing inquiries.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy and welcoming.
3. **Client Relations:**
- Enhance client satisfaction by ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collect client feedback and suggest improvements to services or processes.
4. **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in managing spa inventory and place orders for office supplies as needed.
- Prepare reports on front desk operations and team performance.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- 2+ years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role, preferably within a spa, medical, or hospitality environment.
- Proven leadership experience or capabilities, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
