Ensures that the solutions and services proposed to both existing and new customers are technically accurate and compliant with both industry and client regulations and standards where applicable. Our Pre-Sales Technicians provide support to colleagues and customers warranting that solution designs are both technically and financially viable for delivery. Pre Sales technicians will also support the promotion of the organization by undertaking the role of technical expert at industry events, seminars, conferences and customer meetings as well as regularly attending sites across the country for surveys and customer meetings
The ideal candidate will have experience in more than one of the following areas VOIP, Networking, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, API Integration.
Your Duties & Responsibilities
The Pre-Sales Technician will fulfil the purpose of the role through.
Extensive Travel is a requirement (up to 50%)
- Conduct, review and document site surveys.
- work closely with the sales and operations team to provide technical resource in:
RFP and Bid Response o Technical Site Surveys
o Planning - PABX to Cloud VoIP Migrations
o Design - Network and Comms Room planning
o Work through the Pre-Sales queue in our CRM
o Customer meetings
- Writes technical specifications and make appropriate recommendations
. • Provide Pre-Sales technical support to colleagues requiring assistance with equipment, hardware or service configurations and functionality. When required liaise directly with customers or prospective customers in relation to the same.
- As and when required assist in verifying the technical and functional accuracy of proposals, tenders, and quotations.
- Have an advanced understanding of how voice and data communication equipment, hardware and services work and be equipped to handle disruptions of service, establishing solutions to deal with challenges as and when they arise in the field.
- Establish and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with customers at all times.
- Complete required training for the post and strive to meet development objectives.
- Responsible (if applicable) for maintaining any technical or professional qualifications required for the post.

- Help with new product and solution exploration
- Service levels relating to Pre-Sales and technical verification cases
- Accuracy and presentation of quotations, proposals, and tender responses that you have contributed to
- Accuracy and presentation of PID and SOW documents that you have contributed to the creation of
- Accuracy of data and information inputted into CRM and documents uploaded to it
- Attendance at project kick off meetings relating to projects or significant MAC works that you have been involved in the design and/or technical verification of Customer (internal and external) feedback in relation to the Pre-Sales service

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
