Responsibilities:
Patient Intake and Triage: • Warmly welcome and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring accurate collection and updating of demographic information. • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality patient service. Vital Signs Measurement: • Record and diligently monitor patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature. Assistance with Procedures: • Skillfully assist with Platelet Rich Plasma injections and perform shockwave therapy. • Perform proficiently in Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients and administer injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12, and other vitamins). • Prepare and meticulously maintain necessary equipment and supplies for medical procedures. Specimen Collection: • Expertly collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing as per provider's orders. • Ensure meticulous labeling and documentation of collected samples. Medical Documentation: • Accurately document patient information in electronic health records systems (eCW), prioritizing patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Patient Education: • Provide patients with pertinent information regarding their medical conditions, medications, and aftercare instructions. • Responsively address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and clarity. Administrative Tasks: • Assist with front desk duties, including appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and payments. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promptly restocking supplies as needed. Infection Control: • Adhere rigorously to infection control practices, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment. • Follow established protocols for handling biohazardous materials with meticulous care. Team Collaboration: • Collaborate effectively with the team and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. • Communicate seamlessly with team members to ensure coordinated and efficient care delivery.
