About the Role:
As a Flooring Specialist - Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for many of our builder and client partners, providing expert advice and navigating them through the flooring selection and order process.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls and respond to emails with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our wide range of flooring products, including features, benefits, and installation requirements.
- Order Entry: Accurately process customer orders, including product selection, quotes, and scheduling installations.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records and order details in our RollMaster system.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with generating leads and proposals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of experience in flooring customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A passion for the home improvement industry is a plus.
Work Environment:
- This position is located in our office and requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
