If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the VaVia team as a Territory Sales Leader for our dumpster rental services in Houston.
As a Territory Sales Leader, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and help us grow our business by 20% in 2024. This role offers a competitive base salary with the potential to earn six figures through a lucrative commission structure.
VaVia is the fastest growing dumpster service in Greater Houston with a focus on sales and marketing. Company ownership comes from an enterprise sales background having run sales teams with over $150M book of business.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their waste management requirements.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our dumpster rental services and how they can address specific customer needs.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, close sales deals, and ensure all contractual agreements are fulfilled.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a service-oriented industry. Experience in the waste management or related industry is a plus.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. A relentless "hunter" mentality with a drive to succeed.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Houston market and a network of potential clients in the area is highly desirable.
