Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks.
Qualifications
· Must have a college or University Degree
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar role
· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software applications.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
· Ability to manage stressful situation while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
· Detail-oriented with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
· Professional appearance and presentation required
· Preferably someone who can speak Mandarin/Spanish and English

Responsibilities
· As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of the business.
· You will provide administrative assistance, manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and handle various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO's office.
· Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. conference calls, and travel arrangements
· Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, and screen incoming communications.
· Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed for meetings and presentations.
· Coordinate logistics for special events, conferences, and industry meetings attended by the CEO.
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
· Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
