Ross Memorial Health & Rehab Center is looking for a Staffing Coordinator that has experience working in a Long-Term Care setting.
The number one priority for this position is maintaining the employee schedules on a 24-hour basis to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as directed by administration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates, coordinates, reports, posts, and manages all functions related to schedules of hourly staff
- Notifies appropriate personnel of call-ins and assists with securing coverage
- Maintains accurate attendance records and notifies management of attendance-related issues
- Accurately enters and maintains data relative to scheduling using company software programs Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have strong computer and communication skills in a healthcare setting
- Proven experience of at least 2 years working as a Staffing Scheduler in a Long Term Care Facility
- Creating and maintaining a staffing schedule of 100+ employees in a Long Term Care Facility
