**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Creative Strategist to lead our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising efforts. This role requires a creative and analytical mind, capable of transforming data-driven insights into compelling ad campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, GoHighLevel or similar CRM, HotJar, Google Looker Studio, and Ads Analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will also have experience in competitive research, ideation/brainstorming, copywriting, ad design concept development, offer building, and close collaboration with our paid media team.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct Thorough Competitive Research:
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the medical aesthetics, body sculpting, facial aesthetics, weight loss, and pain management industries.
- Use data-driven insights to inform creative strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation.
Develop Innovative and Effective Ad Concepts:
- Create compelling ad concepts, headlines, slogans, and copy that resonate with target audiences and align with brand objectives.
- Ensure all creative materials adhere to Meta’s and the client’s advertising policies and guidelines.
Create Compelling Ad Design Concepts:
- Collaborate with designers to translate ad concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all advertising campaigns.
Build and Test Offers for Conversions and Engagement:
- Develop compelling offers and calls-to-action (CTAs) to drive user engagement and conversions.
Write Detailed Ad Briefs:
- Prepare comprehensive ad briefs that integrate market research, competitive analysis, and insights from current ad performance.
- Clearly communicate creative objectives, target audience insights, and campaign goals to the creative team.
Manage Multiple Creative Projects:
- Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables align with marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflow and project execution.
Analyze Ad Performance Data:
- Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics to refine creative strategies and improve campaign performance continuously.
Collaborate with Paid Media Team:
- Work closely with the Media Buyer Team to align creative efforts with broader marketing strategies and campaign objectives.
- Provide creative support and insights to optimize media buying decisions.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Platform Updates:
- Monitor industry trends, Meta platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Implement innovative ideas and techniques to enhance ad campaign effectiveness and stay ahead of competitors.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, ideally in medical aesthetics, body sculpting, facial aesthetics, weight loss, and/or pain management industries.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging headlines, slogans, and ad copy.
- Expertise in ad design concept development and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Proficient in using analytical tools to evaluate ad performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, marketing strategy, and media buying.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Meta's advertising policies and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
