We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Handle reservations and cancellations accurately
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable
Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Proficiency in phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management and hotel operations
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous
- Ability to work in a resort environment
