```Duties```
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in the system
- Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls, faxes, and emails
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using office systems and software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus
