ACE Tree Service is seeking an administrative assistant for our Birmingham location. This position reports to the Office Manager. Primary responsibilities include incoming phone calls, call logging and appointment scheduling using company CRM systems. The administrative assistant works with our office team to efficiently and effectively communicate with our clients and our production team, organizes team calendars, and provides support to the Office Manager. On the job training is provided. Experience in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
