**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leasing apartments and providing top-notch customer service to residents and prospective tenants. **Duties:** - Conduct property tours for potential residents - Assist with the leasing process from start to finish - Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Maintain accurate records of prospective tenants - Coordinate move-ins and move-outs - Address resident concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize property management software for leasing and reporting **Experience:** - Experience in property maintenance or facilities management is a plus - Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software preferred - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Administrative experience including filing, office tasks, and sales support - Knowledge of legal administrative procedures related to leasing agreements - Ability to manage customer relationships effectively This position offers an opportunity for growth within the real estate industry, competitive compensation, and a supportive team environment.
