The Office Operations Coordinator provides broad administrative support through communication drafting, meeting coordination and special projects. Additionally, they will also be responsible for managing copy, print, and scan jobs from beginning to end and distributing to the proper recipients
Responsibilities:
- Act in support of the Office Operations department in their overall mission to provide support to the Firm
- Pick up and deliver documents, packages, etc. for the firm in a timely manner
- Retrieve and distribute mail, packages, and documents internally
- Assist in conference room setup and breakdown
- Receive and respond in a timely manner to inquiries or job requests made in-person, by phone, or by email
- Walk, take public transportation, or utilize Uber to pick up and deliver packages, documents, etc. for the firm in a timely manner and keeping supervisor and concerned parties updated on progress. Provide necessary documentation to Accounting to cover associated transportation and fees
- Process outgoing mail and packages for U.S. Mail, FedEx, UPS, pouch and other delivery services and maintain incoming and outgoing delivery logs
- Complete all copy, print, and scan jobs submitted to the department immediately upon receipt, including performing quality control checks to ensure accuracy in work product; use discretion in prioritizing work as necessary
- Bind documents according to instructions, including stapling, spiral binding, wire binding, and velo binding
- Perform routine maintenance on copy machines
- Provide updates to supervisor and manager on progress of projects and duties
- Assist duplicating and imaging team members with their duties
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in law firms preferred
- Ability to communicate and work with all levels of firm personnel
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. in weight
- Exhibits a strong attention to detail and ability to thoroughly complete tasks with minimal direction
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude with excellent customer focused skills
- Is flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $24.30 - $29.26 per hour
