Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR & Recruiting
- Scheduling appointments for managers
- Maintain an ongoing line of communication between our teams and customers
- Answer phones
- Dispatching and communicating with Project Managers and Crews
- General administrative duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Strong office and typing skills
- Good organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Eagerness to learn new skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and within a team
