Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of investment opportunities, including financial statements, cash flow projections, and valuation models.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, conducting research to identify potential investment targets and assess market conditions.
Due Diligence: Perform due diligence on potential investments, evaluating risks and opportunities, and preparing comprehensive investment memos and presentations.
Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring financing deals, including debt and equity investments, while ensuring alignment with investment objectives and risk parameters.
Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying areas for optimization and risk mitigation, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their investment goals and preferences, providing personalized investment recommendations and insights.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the investment process, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and investment professionals to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field; Master's degree or CFA designation preferred.
Proven experience in financial analysis, investment research, marketing or related roles within the finance industry.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and precision in financial analysis and reporting.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across different functions and disciplines.
