Technical Platform Support Specialist (with UI Design Experience)

Minimum Requirements:
· Proven ability to learn technical concepts and tools quickly, with a background in UI design.
· Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and aptitude for learning in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfortable working independently and problem-solving with minimal guidance.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Proficiency in design and wireframing tools.
· Prior experience in technical support, preferably in a B2B or SaaS/PaaS environment.
· Familiarity with technical writing, including creating troubleshooting and navigation steps for websites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
