What We Do:
- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Provide insurance products specifically designed for federal employees and their families.
- Develop and maintain a client base by networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Provide excellent client service and resolve inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks, attend team meetings and motivational calls.
- Stay current on industry developments and proactively adapt to changes in Federal benefits.
Who We’re Looking For:
Mandatory: You MUST have an Active Life Insurance License.
Be coachable, trainable, and willing to be held accountable for results.
Weekly Schedule: Complete at least 8 client presentations (in-person and virtually)
Work/Life Balance: (YOU set your own appointments and control your schedule.)
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or a similar field.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Reliable transportation required for in-person meetings and outbound marketing efforts.
Able to foster long-term relationships with clients.
Financial Integrity: No delinquent tax debts.
Professional Background: No Vectors
