Overview:
This position leads, monitors, and supervises the day-to-day activities of a functional group in a designated work area. This is a working lead position which means you must be able to perform the position responsibilities while working within the assigned labor group.
Responsibilities:
- Provide line management support to the team, coordinates workloads, monitors issue and ensures production goals are met to meet the requirements of the customer.
- Responsible for ensuring all employees within assigned work group are operating according to company standards.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the team
- Provide guidance, support and training to new team members
- Ensure adherence to all safety processes and protocols
- Facilitate communication between Management and Team Members.
- Develop work instructions

- Strong verbal & written communication skills required
Education and Experience
- Diploma or GED Equivalency
- Prior RF Unit Experience preferred
- 2+ years' experience in a leadership role
- Warehouse experience preferred
